MISSING THE POINT


There is a story about a hunter who discovered that his new dog could walk on water.

Overjoyed, he invited his neighbor to go with him the following day. Sure enough the dog would walk on water to retrieve every duck they hit. Unable to contain his excitement, the hunter blurted out: "Did you notice anything unusual about my dog?"

After some thought, the neighbor replied: "Yeah, your dog can't swim."


2 “Must-Have” Important Traits of a Network Marketer


Perhaps two of the most important
 traits you can develop as a network marketer are leadership ability andcharisma.
More importantly they have to become your “habits” because they are something you will want to repeatedly do until you feel as if you have no choice but to do them.
Charisma is not something easily attained nor is it any one thing, as many people incorrectly categorize it. Rather, you can be rude and loud mouthed, but still have charisma. Likewise, you can be awkward or unconventional and still have charisma.
Being charismatic more importantly involves being confident in the type of person you are and then being able to repeatedly and consistently convey that image to members in your network. If you can do this clearly and boldly, people will want to follow you, regardless of your personality.
This is where our next important habit comes in leadership ability, which goes hand in hand with charisma.
If you’ve developed charisma, people now probably want to follow you the only question is where you will lead them.
  • Do you feel confident telling them how to replicate your success?
  • Do you feel confident telling them to do something you haven’t done, but know will work?
  • Are you decisive?
All of these things are important components of leadership ability. Without them, you may be able to attract people to become members of your network, but you will beunable to lead them to anything other than ruin, which doesn’t help anyone involved neither them nor you.
So keep this in mind when you are trying to develop new skills. Be self confident and build your network around your own personality. Don’t feel like you have to be constrained to work within a given image of what is conventional or acceptable. Rather, create a personality that attracts marketers and then lead them with clear, well thought out decisions.

What Is Poverty Mentality?


Do you look at yourself as +POOR or +RICH ?Do you have poverty mentality?
You see one reason of poverty mentality is allowing yourself to be insulted because of fear of rejections. Insulted in a way they accept themselves to be under estimated and just allow it. Some people think of self pity or placing themselves to the lowest ground but that's not being humble. Inferiority complex it doesn't help. Their behavior is like poor, feeling themselves have nothing, and always have fear of poverty. Seeing ones self as poor can make one really poor. Seeing yourself as rich makes you rich.
God never wants us to be poor. If only we should look at our every blessings. See how blessed you are. There are times in our life we see people drowned in floods and storm, lost their houses. Be thankful and blessed cause you're not one of them.
Be humble not be used.
But how do you define poverty? This is not really about having lots of money. I guess that's having +Peace of mind and having no worries. Some people are poor of money but rich by being happy. Some people have millions but poor in mind having all worries. You can be +POOR but don't have +Poverty+mentality. Being rich or poor is just in the +mind. So how do you consider yourself, rich or poor?

Are you a successful person?

SUCCESSFUL

Are you a successful person? Congratulations! But, are you a significant person?

A successful person is one who earns and accumulates wealth or honors for himself. On the other hand, a significant person is one who, with or without wealth or honors, affects positively the people around him/her.

Indeed, a person is worth not for what he/she has, not even for who is he/she is, but, for what others have become because of him/her.

First Aid for Heat Stroke




If you suspect heat stroke:

- Move the person out of the sun and into a shady or air-

conditioned space.

- Have the person lie down and elevate the feet.

- Cool the person by covering with damp sheets or by 

spraying with cool water.

- Direct air onto the person with a fan or newspaper.

- Have the person drink cool water or other nonalcoholic 

beverage without caffeine, if he or she is able.
